Genuine Italian Foccacia.... does better bread exist?

Bookalokal is a wonderful concept for people that are interested in food. This week I attended a cooking class for foccacia making with the lovely Arianna that also makes superb jams and other preserves as well as a perfect Panettone for Christmas (I guess just about now is the time to start preparing for my favorite holiday). I would therefore claim that this recipe is genuine italian, although I do believe Italian grandmothers from different parts of Italy still will fight over who makes the best and most genuine Italian version of this ever so popular bread.

Black gold paleo bread

Let me assure you - this bread is just as good even though you're not on the paleo diet - or any diet at all. Unless you have a nut allergy of course. The reason I love is it simply that it is so good - and easy to make. My favorite combination. The bonus is the high nutritional value. The bread is packed with proteins, minerals and omega 3-6-9 and should get you going throughout the day. I've used pumpkin seed oil, but any alternative oil will do the trick. Other combinations of seeds is also possible. Use what you have available.

1 loaf of bread
125 g walnuts
125 g almonds
125 g flax seeds
125 g sun flower seeds
125 g sesame seeds

5 egg
2 ts salt
0,5 dl pumpkin seed oil (black gold)

Simple no knead bread - so easy that even your husband can make it!

You cannot have avoided the constant feed of no knead breads that practically have been scattered on all food blogs and social media over the last years. A courtesey to Jim Lahey in New York and Mark Bittman in New York Times for so successfully having awakened the interest of artisanial bread since 2006. Since then the recipe has lived it's own life in millions of homes around the world, with countless versions developed over time. It is fascinating when something is so simple and yet so good, requiring a minimum of equipment. All it takes is a little bit of time, but with a limited active effort.

Crazy chocolate cream cheese caramel peanut cake...

So I’ve been asked to post the recipe on my nut case crazy chocolate cheese caramel cake in English. When there's demand, I'm your (wo)man. So here I go. I think it is fair to say that you should feel free to reduce the amount of everything in this recipe if you have less than 15 people and a baby visiting.
